Located at the eastern end of The Esplanade at Sidmouth, the recently refurbished Hub has sweeping, unbroken views across Lyme Bay and the red-infused rocks of the magnificent Jurassic Coast, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The venue is steps from the beach, minutes from the charming town, and boasts an enviable outdoor terrace.

The venue has a very flexible event room that can host events for 100 guests and for more intimate events including weddings, with up to 60 guests seated in a formal setting.

We offer a staffed fully licenced bar, well equipped kitchen and comfortable entertaining space with spectacular views across Lyme Bay and beyond.

In recent times we have hosted events including presentation evening, weddings, training, pilates classes, craft market, birthdays and conferences.

The event space can be set up according requirements and bespoke to your event.

There is a fully license bar serving a wide range of drinks.  We have a regular bar staff and some more bar and serving staff if required.  

If catering is required there are a variety of options. You can bring in your own caterer or we can arrange or suggest one, or you can just cater for yourselves using our well equipped commercial kitchen.
